Lemon & Lavender Cleaning Company values our customers and their privacy while cleaning your personal space. When we collect this information (e.g., names, email addresses, payment information) we promise to keep your information private and not sell or share any personal information that we obtain in the process of scheduling, cleaning, and carrying out payments for the home cleaning services we provide. We use House Call Pro a third party scheduling and payment company that stores and ensures the safety of your information and nothing will ever be stored in the phones of the cleaning specialists.

Customer Disclaimer
Service Limitations: The services provided by Lemon & Lavender is intended to assist clients in home cleaning. We ensure a high standard of cleaning by following our hallmark top down cleaning method and we make sure to take photos and or complete a walk through with our clients. It is our clients responsibility to let us know within a 24 hour period if you have a complaint about your cleaning or broken missing items. Lemon & Lavender is not capable of fixing any issues with out our clients help in bringing them to light.
Liability Limitation: Lemon & Lavender will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided unless proof of neglect can be provided. Lemon & Lavender does a walk through after cleanings with the client to inspect the home, it's the clients responsibility to walkthrough and provide cleaning feedback at the time or with in 24 hours of the cleaning in order for a refund or recleaning of the space.
Cancelation Policy and more.
Cancelation policy-
Please let us know when you need to cancel your cleaning for any reason. If you cancel day of it makes it hard to re book our cleaning specialists. They lose money for the day. We are charging a 35$ cancelation fee for last minute cancelation's, less than 24 hours notice.
Driving fee-
We clean anywhere and everywhere. We do charge a 25$ driving fee for cleanings outside of Bexar county. This fee goes strait to the person who is cleaning and not the company. It is to help them with gas.
